Have You Sought God’s Help?
“I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.” Psalms 18:3 (KJV)
Comments: The presence of the genuine God is the best place to be. Because the psalmist was aware of this, he constantly worked on his connection with God. He prayed to God in times of need or hardship, and God delivered him (Psalms 46:1). One thing that God’s children must accept is that they will always have adversaries, for God has enemies as well (Revelation 12:7–10). This should help you figure out how to live in their midst.
Develop a prayer lifestyle, beloved; always pray and do not faint (1 Thessalonians 5:17). Never believe you can accomplish it alone without God’s support; constantly include God in your endeavors so that you can win.
Prayer Point: Thank You, Lord of Hosts, for being a trustworthy God. You are always willing to assist us when we need it. Because You are deserving of praise and willing to put my foes to shame, I will constantly call on You and I am certain you will give positive response to my prayers in Jesus’ name. Amen!
